...“To be matter of fact about the world is to blunder into fantasy—and dull fantasy at that, as the real world is strange and wonderful.”

One of my first attempts at decent smoke photography. I used sage for lack of incense. This produced less orderly and more chaotic billows of smoke, which required me to break from the tripod and become mobile. I slaved a studio light to my on camera flash, and positioned the studio light nearly 40 degrees behind and to the right of the smoke. It is part of my Abstract collection on RedBubble, available in print,Throw Pillows, laptop and Phone Cases, and Tote Bags.
